Sr Email Marketing Strategist (US timezone)

JOB PURPOSE :

The Sr Client Strategist exists to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance. This role focuses on client-facing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
  1. Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies on Klaviyo that meet client needs.
  2. Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies.
  4. Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
  5. Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development.
  6. Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy.
  7. Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement.
  8. Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the company’s reputation as an industry leader.
  9. Willing to work in the US timezone.
