JOB SUMMARY :
This role will revolve around strategizing and crafting visually compelling graphics tailored to our clients' brand identities. Our clientele primarily consists of e-commerce store owners and your responsibility will be to conceptualize and produce designs that seamlessly integrate with their branding while also driving measurable returns on investment.
Your creative input will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, engagement and ultimately, the success of our clients' businesses.

Your creative input will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, engagement and ultimately, the success of our clients' businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Plan and create graphics for our clients' brands
- Generate brand-related and high-converting graphic designs (banners, gifs, email popup form design)
- Research and implementation of the latest design principles in e-commerce marketing
- Regularly work with the fulfilment team to produce the final design.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Amend designs after feedback from the team
- Attend regular team meetings for updates and collaboration
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or similar field required
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience is necessary
- Must have experience in designing for email marketing
- Designing for SMS campaigns is a plus
- Previous experience in a fast-paced agency (digital marketing, lifecycle, or email marketing) is essential
- Experience in e-commerce industry preferred
- Klaviyo and email marketing experience are compulsory
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and time-management skills
